Recently, Nintendo's US President Doug Bowser was interviewed by Brazilian media Folha de S. Paulo and talked about his views on diversity.Bowser stressed that Nintendo will continue to hire the best talent and continue to implement diversification plans.
"I think it's important that talent diversify, and it's important that these talent have a diversity in background, experience and understanding, and create more value for the company," Bowser said. "And this focus allows Nintendo to connect with a wider player base."
He continued: "So we think that talent diversity is crucial, it's something that has been around for years, long before people actually started using the word diversity (DEI). And it will continue."
