"Assassin's Creed: Shadow" will be updated in version 1.0.4 today, adding the free story mission "Louis Freus's Work", updating the character database, as well as bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Mission "Louis Freus's Work" is now open

Players can trigger an encounter with missionary Floyce at the Jesuit mission station in the south of Antucheng Merchant Town.This branch includes multiple mission chains such as note recovery and noble guards, which fully demonstrates the secrets of Jesuit missionaries.The two protagonists Yasuke/Naoe can participate in the plot experience throughout the whole process.

The character database update is strongly requested by the player community. The character introduction is added to the Codex database in the game, and detailed background information of all the main characters are included.

In addition to the above, this update also has several bug fixes and minor combat balance adjustments, such as the inability to destroy all nearby props from the altar or religious building, fixing issues where buying and equiping helmets would cause exit from the merchant menu, etc.
