Microsoft today unveils a new Xbox console update for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One users.This is not the usual stability update, but it adds some new features to the host.

The main feature of this firmware patch is to increase the hard drive storage space of Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Stream the games you purchased yourself

If you have an activated Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, in addition to the Game Pass library, you can also stream certain games you purchased yourself.This feature is available for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

To start streaming:

Go to My Games and Apps > Complete Library > Owned Games.

Use filters to sort by "Cloud Games".

Select the game you want to stream and select "Play with cloud games".

Liberation Library Space

There are more ways to boost storage space on Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S now.

Your library displays new information about unused content, compressible games, duplicate items, and games that players can no longer access.

To manage this storage feature, go to My Games & Apps > Administration > Free Space.
