On March 18, publisher CI Games and developer Hexworks announced that the music of the Dark Fantasy RPG sequel "The Fallen Kings 2" will be written by award-winning composer Walter Mair, who has composed the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, which won seven awards at the Game Audio Network Association Awards held at this year's San Francisco Game Developers Conference, including Best Audio of the Year, Best Movie and Cutscene Audio, and Best Sound Design of the Year.

In addition, in the press release, the official also stated that "The King of Fallen 2" will provide more commercial elements, especially in terms of visual design, to attract a wider range of players.

"The Fallen Lord 2" will be released in 2026 and will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
