At around 12:00 on February 28, when the customs officer patrolled the Zhugang Tourism Inspection Entry Hall at the Zhuhai Highway Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, he found a woman wearing a purple sweatshirt with nervous expression and abnormal behavior.

The customs officer immediately intercepted and investigated him. After further inspection, 156 game CDs tied with plastic film were seized from many locations such as his chest, waist, abdomen, and thighs.

Judging from the photos released by the customs, these discs are the latest "Monster Hunter·Wilderness" game disks. Since its launch on February 28, 8 million sets have been sold in just three days, becoming the fastest game in the company's history to achieve this milestone.

The popularity of the game has led to the hot sales of related products. Data shows that from February 24 to March 2, the sales of the PS5 series in Japan reached 108,978 units, a surge of 704% over the previous week, and the weekly sales exceeded the 100,000 mark for the first time.

According to informed netizens, the reason why some people chose to smuggle game CDs is because PS5 consoles cannot be cracked through technical means (including software and hardware). Therefore, purchasing game CDs has become an important choice for many console game enthusiasts, and the market demand is considerable. In this specific situation, smuggling PS5 game CDs can obtain high profits.
