Recently, the PC version of "Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth" was released. In order to test the performance limit of this game, foreign media Dsogaming used an RTX 5090 graphics card to conduct 8K resolution gaming tests, achieving surprising results.
Real-time demonstration:
Dsogaming uses AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D (off the second CCD), GeForce RTX 5090, ASUS ROG SWIFT PG32UCDM (4K/240Hz/HDR) monitors.Testers achieved 8K resolution by using DSR 4X technology on 4K displays.
"Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth" PC version does not support DLSS3 frame generation, but only supports DLSS3 super resolution technology.Even so, the RTX 5090 can still provide playable game frame rates at 8K resolution. In DLSS3 quality mode, the game can reach 60FPS in the initial area and the combat is also smooth.Since only DLSS3 super resolution is used, there is no effect of input delay. This is really impressive!
