Apogee Entertainment has brought the action elements of Turbo Overkill and the chaotic experience of chainsaws from Turbo Overkill to the Xbox Series X/S platform.This cruel cyberpunk-style first-person shooter has been on the PC platform for more than a year, and the latest release is the most complete version since its launch in 2023.
Apogee executive producer Jeron Moore details the news on the Xbox Wire website and released a trailer for the console version.Turbo Overkill is now available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X/S platforms, priced at $19.99.
For those unfamiliar with the game, in this compact first-person shooter, you will play Johny Turbo, a cyber-transformed anti-hero character with the title of elimination"Xin"'s mission of out-of-control artificial intelligence.You need to conquer the neonly-shining city of "Paradise" with a dazzling set of weapons, including a chainsaw leg.
Turbo Overkill incorporates elements of shooting games such as Doom from the 1990s and combines modern game mechanics.You can jump in two stages, run to the enemy against the wall, and slide on the chainsaw legs to break the enemy with a smooth 60-frame picture.
