This (series) tutorial aims to explain in detail the complete process of geological exploration-chemical subcontracting full set of production lines. This article will introduce the core unknown mineral processing process in the production line.

Note: This intersection depends on the various equipment in the chemical subcontracting of geological exploration.

This is a chemical subcontracting MOD version: 3.45, Minecraft version: 1.12.2 as the reference standard.


Different from other technology MODs, although geological exploration has a large number of metal types, it does not generate more ore veins/ores that cannot see the void in the open vision.The entire MOD mineral source is only a simple type: unknown mineral.It is the only mineral source of geological exploration (except the original).No matter what metal elements you want, you need to obtain a series of processing of unknown minerals.As for what you want to get, this depends on your settings during processing.

The processing process of unknown minerals mainly requires a multi -block structure: mineral filter, immersion groove, recycling slot, chemical extraction machine (chemical extraction machine).A picture will be used to overview the entire mineral processing process, and then detailed instructions.

Note: The yellow part is the protagonist of the production line. They are unknown minerals themselves. The first processing of various tailings, the second processing of various mineral fragments, and the product of the production line: various metal element powder (although although although althoughSometimes it is not a metal element powder).

The blue part is the fluid input required for the normal work of the production line. Among them, there are various chemical equipment for production except water. This part will be introduced in P3.

The green part is one of the few by -products (excluding experience) in the mineral production line, and they can be sent to the production lines of various chemical materials for recycling.


In order to be controlled by the unknown minerals as a metal element required by players, players need to screen the mineral filter and the settings of immersion grooves/recycling grooves.

In the first step, among the mineral filter, players can control the unknown minerals to 1-2 of 13 different tailings.Each unknown mineral will eventually produce a tailings with a number of 4. If the player's current settings will cause the emergence of two different tailings, it will produce a variety of tailings with a total of 4-6.

Each type of tailings can be in the second step: various mineral fragments are extracted in the immersion groove, similar to the mineral filter. Players need to set in the immersion groove to select the fragments they want to get.The by -products generated by the working species of the immersion groove: The leachate can also use similar settings in the recycling slot to extract some mineral fragments, and the mineral fragments obtained from the osmotic solution cannot be obtained directly from the tailings.

Through these two steps, players can never find the metal elements they need in unknown minerals.Nevertheless, the content of metal elements contained in each mineral fragment is different.Chemical subcontracting contains a total of as many as 150 kinds of mineral fragments. Metal elements needed by players often appear in a variety of different mineral fragments. How to choose more needs to choose to adjust the automated production line.

The immersion groove and the recycling slot are different from the mineral filter. The screening standard of its output is. The measurement unit: Specific Gravity is a range rather than the precise value, but each fragment has the standard SPECIFIFIC GRAVity (relative density)Therefore, the player's immersion slot and the recycling slot may produce any type of mineral fragments contained in the screening range, not the mineral fragments that the player wants.

To solve this problem, players can install the filtering upgrade. The filtering upgrade is divided into multiple levels. The higher the level, the higher the accuracy of the screening accuracy.However, no matter which level of resume upgrades, the various alloys of chemical subcontracting need to be made, and the production of these alloys requires the production line products: various metal elements powder.The most basic filtering upgrade only needs to use 70%of nickel and 30%of aluminum nickel aluminum alloy, while the highest level is nickel -chromium iron alloy with up to 8 metal elements.

If the player needs a large amount of mineral fragments that are only produced by the osmotic fluid, they can also use sulfuric acid to directly convert a variety of tail mines into the osmotic solution.However, this method is extremely wasteful. After each tailings are processed normally, they will produce 1000MB of leachate, and the use of sulfuric acid will only produce 250MB of the filtration solution of each tailings.

In addition, some multi -block structure equipment (such as chemical extraction machines) of geological exploration requires power supply, which can only be satisfied by installing the gas turbine upgrade in the power station and providing synthetic gas.In addition, it cannot be solved by any way including other MOD power supplies including external MODs.
