1) Download the MOD and extended packages:

Open http://flansmod.com, click "DOWNLOAD and Install", click "DOWNLOAD CURRENT", or you can also download from http://www.mcbbs.net/FORUM.PHP?mod=ViewThread&TID=73115;

2) Install MOD:

Drag the MOD core into the Mods folder;

Create a new FLAN folder in the .minecraft folder (note that not in the MODS folder), dragged the expansion package into the FLAN folder;
